IBM Dining Room/Kitchen

Upgrade of a 35-year old 50,000 sq ft. dining room. The space was upgraded to be utilized not only as a dining room, but also as an assembly facility.

Highlights of the project included the addition of an 85 ton air handler unit, upgrade electrical system, emergency lighting and upgrade of A/V equipment.

The food preparation area was completely modernized to accomodate the new dining/assembly room demand.
